Anointing of the Sick

On Wednesday, April 3 we will celebrate 7:00pm Mass with the communal Anointing of the Sick.  The Sacrament of the Anointing of the Sick is given to those who suffer from any kind of physical, emotional, or spiritual illness, those preparing to undergo surgery, those experiencing fatigue associated with advanced years. Through anointing, the grace of the Holy Spirit comforts, strengthens the soul of the person.  All are welcome.

Ash Wednesday

The Lenten Season begins Ash Wednesday and ends with celebration of the Paschal Mystery (Easter Triduum). Lent reflects the forty days Jesus spent in the desert fasting and prayer.

 

Fish Fry begins Ash Wednesday; and Fridays in Lent,  3:00-6:30pm in the Peace Family Center, 

 

Stations of the Cross begins at 7:00pm on Fridays in Lent in the Church.  Join us.

 

Caroling to the Homebound

THANK YOU to carolers who have signed up to gather and sing carols to our homebound on Friday, December 21 at 6:00 pm.  Please meet in the parish office. We will car pool, sing; with social to follow. All are welcome!   Be sure to dress warm.

Advent Penance Service

Advent Penance Service will be held Wednesday, December 19 at 6:00pm. Fr. Joseph with visiting clergy Msgr. Gene Ostroskey, Msgr. Jeremiah McSweeney and Fr. Harry Dunn will be available for individual confessions.  All are welcome.
